A 4A’s Board Member and one of the few female agency CEOs in the country, she has guided work for Ascension St Thomas, Dollar General, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, and Pigeon Forge Tourism. She champions a culture of creativity, collaboration and boundary-pushing thinking.

Farley is a strategic business leader with expertise spanning retail media, brand strategy, and integrated marketing. He partners closely with clients to identify growth opportunities, shape scalable solutions, and drive measurable business impact. His leadership combines operational rigor with creative thinking, helping deliver work that is both strategic and commercially effective.

Brian brings deep advertising and brand-building expertise rooted in market research and problem solving. He uncovers strategic insights that shape integrated marketing plans and leads teams from concept through creative execution. His guidance aligns strategy, creativity, and results. He oversees Artists & Outlaws’ daily operations, supporting clients of all sizes across industries.

Jon is a visionary creative leader behind breakthrough, integrated campaigns across all platforms. His work has earned Cannes Lions, an Emmy nomination, and top honors for brands including Pepsi, Domino’s, Gillette, and Modelo Especial—now America’s #1 beer. He specializes in driving growth at the intersection of brand and retail. Along the way, he’s won every major industry award.

Angie is a strategic brand leader with deep experience driving integrated brand and marketing initiatives for brands like T-Mobile, Marriott, Microsoft, KFC, and Chevron. She excels at turning complex challenges into clear narratives and aligning multi-disciplinary teams around a unified vision. Angie thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments where strategy and creativity must work as one.

Cindy has been a steady force at Artists & Outlaws for nearly two decades, bringing deep operational knowledge and a sharp understanding of both accounting and marketing. A Belmont University graduate, she plays a key role in keeping the agency running smoothly while supporting teams and clients with consistency, reliability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Bridget brings over 25 years of experience providing a strategic, consumer-first mindset to media planning. A dedicated student of consumer behavior, analytics, and evolving media trends, she works alongside cross-functional teams to build integrated media strategies that reach audiences across channels and deliver results for clients.

With 23 years of experience, Sandra directs all aspects of talent recruitment and retention as well as employee development and enrichment. In addition to informing agency administrative policy, she also represents Artists&Outlaws at various collegiate and high school career development events. Facilities management also falls within Sandra’s purview.

Trish is a communications leader with 30+ years of experience across tourism, entertainment, hospitality, and nonprofit brands. She specializes in integrated communications, media relations, crisis management, and brand storytelling. Known for her people-first approach, she builds strong relationships that help brands earn visibility, strengthen reputation, and drive meaningful engagement.

As VP | Group Account Director, Tony Gerstner leads strategy for tourism, hospitality, and specialized project clients. His well-rounded expertise spans both sides of the table, beginning as an agency media buyer and planner, and later moving client-side to manage initiatives for 230+ Logan’s Roadhouse locations. He delivers strategies rooted in a true understanding of client needs.
